Returns Policy

If your product arrived damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately via email at info@riverhillsharvest.com or contact the shipping agent directly.


If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return unopened products only, within 7 days of receiving them.  You are responsible for return shipping costs.  We will try to refund orders within 30 days of receiving them to the original payment method.  To start a refund, please email us with your order number and a description of the problem.  Emails should be sent to info@riverhillsharvest.com within 7 days of receiving your items.

Plants and cuttings may be eligible for refund or replacement.  Please click below to visit our Plants Replacement Policy page where you can find forms to submit for consideration.
