Our American elderberry products and plants are shipped within the USA only.  We use USPS and UPS.  We will try to ship orders within 7 days, unless items are on back order or are pre-orders.  Pre-order shipping information will be in the product description and your confirmation order email.  If items arrive damaged from shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at info@riverhillsharvest.com, but also be sure to start your own claim with the service at the same time.

We use recycled packing material if at all possible and our new boxes and packing peanuts are made from recyclable materials.  We strive to be as eco-friendly as we can all while providing our customers with a superior product.
