2023 Spring Elderberry Mentoring Workshop

The Elderberry Mentoring Workshop is a one day, hands-on workshop led by River Hills Harvest founder Terry Durham. This workshop has a limited class size to ensure individual attention for all participants. We will cover elderberry production, past present and future, prune plants, make cuttings, and sample elderberry products.

We will start the day at The Hartsburg Grand.  Later we will provide lunch there and then we will all venture to the farm where you'll be able to make your own flat of 18 cuttings to take home!  Our crew will be in both locations to answer your questions and offer you hands on experience in mixing soil, pruning elderberries, as well as making and planting your own cuttings.
