Each Elderberry Destemming Tray and Sanitizing Basket are made of food-grade stainless steel for a lifetime of service—no breaking, no replacing (unless you run over it with a tractor!)—and the sanitizing basket will also work for all of the farm produce you need to sanitize for market.
 
The Stainless Steel Hand Destemming Tray allows you to hand destem up to 100 lbs. of elderberries per hour using the same perforation pattern as the TED. Gently rub harvested umbrels over the tray bottom, allowing the berries to fall into the Sanitizing Basket. Then simply dispose of the stems left in the tray and sanitize the berries left in the basket according to directions.
 
The Stainless Steel Sanitizing Basket is just what you require for batch sanitizing and rinsing in three-hole sinks. Its drain-slits and quick drain corners allow liquids to flow away efficiently and quickly. This is the Basket that fits in Terry’s Elderberry Destemmer—the TED—but will work for any produce you need to wash and sanitize. Buy together to save!
