This option is only available for Juice and Cordial made with Certified Organic Elderberries.  You will be sent a bottle of each once a month, or if you choose, once every other month.  
 
1.  Subscriptions will continue to be billed monthly or bi-monthly unless you choose to cancel.  
2.  If you were to buy these individually, they would be $49.98.  With the auto-renew subscription you will get two bottles for $44.98.
