You'll Need to Provide:
2-3 Cups of honey.  We recommend tracking down local to you honey for this project.
Fine mesh strainer and a clean quart size mason jar.  
 
This is a family friendly recipe and is even more fun to watch.  Take your honey straight or in your favorite foods or drinks.  If you'd like to try your hand at a larger batch, you can purchase freeze-dried elderberries and flowers on our shop page in various sizes.
