Local Missouri honey and River Hills Harvest Freeze-Dried Elderberries spun together to create this stunning and delicious Elderberry Creamed Honey!  Made on the Giofre Apiaries farm where the honey was collected.  Made with American elderberries, Sambucus canadensis.  Elderberry Creamed Honey tastes excellent as a sweetener for tea or lemonade.   It's delicious on top of a biscuit or muffins as well as most any way you use honey.
