Sponsorship Opportunities
Do you want to show support for this year's American Elderberry Conference? We would be thrilled to have you as a sponsor! What will your donation be part of? With sponsorships, we will be able to better provide funding for attendees to have memorable and educational experiences. Sponsorship money will go towards helping bring in some of our keynote speakers, providing hands on projects, and ensuring we can keep our dollars local to support the Mt. Vernon community.
This year we are accepting monetary sponsorships but also a chance to be a sponsor by just sharing some of your awesome American elderberry products. Read a brief overview of each option below and then fill out and submit the correct form.
Sponsorship Levels
$500 Purple Gold Sponsor
This sponsorship includes one ticket to The 2026 American Elderberry Conference and bragging rights like no other! Read below to see what else is included in this sponsorship.

Your ad/company highlighted in one of our emails (12,000 recipients) and on every email to conference attendees (200+).
Purple Product Hero Sponsor
The Purple Product Hero saves the day by offering attendees the chance to try an assortment of American elderberry products. For years attendees have been graciously sipping on our elderberry juice and Nobleberry sodas, this year we’d like to expand their palette! Here’s how it works:

We are asking for a donation of 10-20 or more American elderberry products. They can be a mix of items or just one type.

These products will be used for attendees to sample and learn about, or they may be used as a featured item during meals!

Ideally you could send us 1-2 minutes' worth of information we could read aloud.

Your company logo and information will also be listed in our conference program.
$300 or $100 Purple Diamond Sponsor
The Purple Diamond Sponsor is a supporter of all things American Elderberry! Ideal for those who cannot attend but still would like to show support, whether you are a business or an individual. This sponsorship will be graciously received and nobly used. What else?
