Spiced American Elderberry Tea

Hot tea is a comfort, especially when you can taste the flavors of cinnamon and clove with it. Whether you are an English Breakfast, Earl Grey or green tea drinker, you can easily incorporate a healthy amount of American elderberry into your daily ritual. If you are an herbal tea drinker, hibiscus and chamomile pair well with the flavor of elderberry.

Depending on how you prefer your flavor and sweetness of tea, pick the recipe that fits best for you! The first recipe is made with you providing your desired spices and using freeze-dried elderberries. While the process isn't complicated, this recipe has the most steps. In the first recipe you can also learn how to make the tea with our elderberry juice instead of the freeze-dried berries. If you are looking for a very quick alternative, you can make the tea in our last recipe with our American Elderberry Cordial.
